Another honor to have been a guest at the Annual Diabetes Walk in Somerset, New Jersey today to raise awareness and funds. Thank you to the North Jersey Chapter for the warm welcome. At least 600 people came out to raise awareness for the cause and wore very interesting costumes. Interesting to listen to young people talk about how long they have had this disease and how they must be careful to keep it under control. Thank you to my pageant sister, Shellye, for joining me.
